**Key Responsibilities**
As a part-time Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing real-time customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Assisting customers with troubleshooting, product information, order tracking, and general inquiries in a clear and friendly manner.
* Managing a high volume of inbound chat and email inquiries while maintaining quality and speed of responses.
* Identifying common customer concerns and providing solutions, or escalating issues to higher-level teams when necessary.
* Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our support system.
* Contributing to our knowledge base by identifying recurring questions and suggesting helpful content or updates.
* Assisting with other customer support channels (email, etc.) as needed.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently meeting response time and resolution targets.
**Competencies**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following competencies:
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
* Proven customer service experience (preferably in chat support or similar roles).
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others.
* Familiarity with live chat support software or CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshchat, Intercom) is a plus.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with using various digital tools to assist customers.
* Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
* Strong de-escalation skills: Ability to manage challenging or upset customers, staying calm and professional while resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
