This role entails handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, following a guided process, and logging each interaction in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat Gather and verify customer information, documenting it accurately in our CRM system Follow a guided process to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Utilize multiple systems and technologies to navigate and troubleshoot customer issues Maintain exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills to ensure seamless customer interactions Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a high-call-volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate upset customers Strong technical abilities, including the capacity to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment Ability to navigate through multiple systems and technologies with ease Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills Preferred Qualifications Previous call center experience, particularly in a remote work setting Basic technical support experience, with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software Previous experience working with CRM systems and other customer service technologies Requirements and Expectations To be successful in this role, you must be available to train on weekdays during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST). You must also have open availability to work shifts 24/7 within our company's hours of operation. Attendance is vital, and you must be able to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home with a locked door. This will ensure that you can provide uninterrupted service to our clients without background noise or interruptions. Technical Requirements Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chrome Book) with a recent-generation processor (Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9) 8GB RAM (16GB preferred) Dual Monitor setup High-quality USB headset Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and less than 20ms ping stability No Spectrum internet connection Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive pay rate of $13.00-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for part-time sick time after six months of employment, paid time off, and 401k with company match after one year of employment.
