About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in handling inbound calls efficiently and professionally, resolving customer issues, and maintaining excellent verbal and written communication. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service. Resolve customer issues following established company guidelines, using problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Multitask across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with the service they receive.
