[Remote] Senior Operations Manager, Supply - Coding

They are seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Supply - Coding to own and scale the coding supply function, ensuring sufficient high-quality coding experts to meet customer demand while planning for future growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Coding pod’s supply strategy and capacity planning: forecast future talent needs, build supply ahead of customer demand, and align supply investments and expert allocation decisions with forecasted demand and business prioritiesOwn coding supply performance and reporting: hold accountability for metrics including expert growth, activation, utilization, forecast accuracy, delivery readiness, and supply-demand balance, and design and own the supply operations dashboard in partnership with Analytics, regularly reviewing performance, surfacing risks, and driving action plans to achieve business targetsOptimize expert allocation and incentives: deploy the right contributors across competing business priorities to maximize utilization, delivery outcomes, and customer success, and design contributor incentive structures that balance quality, throughput, utilization, and project delivery timelinesServe as the primary Supply point of contact for the Coding pod and partner cross-functionally: run pod standups and align priorities and readiness against growth plans; work with Data, Analytics, and Operations on attribution and visibility across every stage of the supply funnel; align with stakeholders to rapidly shift priorities as demand forecasts evolve; and partner closely with Growth, GTM, Finance, and Partnerships to inform commercial planning, workforce readiness, capacity commitments, and long-range supply strategyScale supply channels and manage risk: partner with the Partnerships team to evaluate and scale strategic talent channels including BPOs and other external supply partnerships, and identify structural supply risks, capacity constraints, and delivery dependencies, developing both immediate mitigation plans and long-term solutionsSkills5+ years of experience in growth operations, supply operations, consulting, strategy, or related roles in high-growth or operationally complex environmentsExperience building supply and demand forecasting models, including scenario-based planning (conservative, base, and aggressive cases)Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL and data-driven decision-makingExperience operating in marketplace, workforce, staffing, creator economy, or other two-sided platform businessesDemonstrated experience balancing supply growth, utilization, capacity planning, and forecasting in rapidly scaling environmentsStrong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business demand signals into actionable supply strategiesTrack record of managing or coordinating cross-functional teams to execute at speedAbility to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and build scalable processes from imperfect systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting operational performance and growth metrics to senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, strong prioritization skills, and a bias toward actionComfortable operating as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator in a fast-changing environmentBenefitsBenefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k))All offers include equity compensation in the form of employee stock optionsCompany OverviewSnorkel AI is an AI platform that accelerates data labeling by using machine learning for faster model training.
