This position is a remote position. Preferred residence for candidates is in San Antonio, New Braunfels or surrounding area, but not required.

Job Summary: The Part-Time Executive Administrative position will support the Chief Executive and Chosen's senior leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the operation. This position will work alongside the Chief Executive Officer be a supportive force to take on the administrative and organizational responsibilities and ensure that Chosen's goals and objectives are accomplished. This individual must be an excellent communicator, be flexible, forward thinking and able to maintain the confidentiality of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide all other administrative and clerical support for CEO's office.
• Support the CEO and the board primarily and provide additional support to the senior leadership team.
• Serve as the first point of contact answering phones and directing calls and emails for CEO.
• Ensure CEO is prepared for various meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the board liaison providing vital governance and administrative guidance and support to the Board, the CEO and the Senior Leadership team
• Work with various departments to refine processes and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
• Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior leadership priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
• Coordinate schedule and calendar for CEO.
• Coordinate all aspects of staff and board retreats.
• Track and enter donor meeting information into CRM.
• Manage CEO's and senior leadership's travel, to include accommodations, transportation and meals.
• Assemble and distribute board meeting agendas and materials and take comprehensive notes at meetings.
• Assist with the organization of Chosen events and organize team communications.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the CEO and EVP.

Qualifications and Abilities:
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in an administrative assistant's role.
• Proficiency in Office 365, Salesforce, Asana, Canva and Adobe Acrobat.
• Prior experience working for a non-profit organization preferred.
• Team player with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Excellent listening skills with a high level of patience
• Keen attention to detail.

• Proactive, resourceful and a problem-solver.
