As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through phone, email, or chat. This is a remote role, and you'll work independently, staying organized and focused in a distraction-free environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that our members feel valued and supported.
* Assist members with account setup, billing issues, and subscription management, providing clear and concise guidance.
* Troubleshoot technical problems, including streaming or connectivity issues, using your basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
* Provide guidance on using arenaflex features and services, helping members to get the most out of their subscription.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that our team has a clear understanding of member needs and preferences.

**Requirements**

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment, with a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection.
* Proficient in basic computer and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
