**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with careerzynith. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure.

**Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* **Handling High-Volume Inbound Calls and Emails**: Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
* **Identifying Customer Needs**: Collect relevant information, understand customer concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
* **Following Up with Clients**: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to build strong relationships.
* **Using Best Practices in Customer Service**: Develop rapport and build relationships with customers using best practices in customer service techniques.
* **Documenting Customer Interactions**: Accurately document all customer interactions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
* **Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Knowledge**: Attend trainings and workshops to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge in customer service and lawn care industry trends.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Previous Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
* **Computer Savviness**: Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* **Active Listening Skills**: Understanding of active listening techniques to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
* **Ability to Work Under Pressure**: Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
