Associate/Senior Associate, Market Access Data Science

They are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate in Market Access Data Science to support technical development, reporting solutions, and collaboration across departments to drive insights.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with IT to assess and select appropriate data environments (Azure, AWS, etc.) for analytical and reporting needsContribute to the development and maintenance of a robust internal data archive ensuring data integrity, security, accessibility, and documentationSupport data ingestion, integration, and transformation processes as part of ongoing data ecosystem evolutionParticipate in the technical design and generation of reports ranging from foundational dashboards to executive-level insightsWork closely with subject matter experts to understand reporting requirements and translate business questions into analytical outputsUse tools such as Power BI and Tableau to build clear, intuitive, and actionable data visualizationsAssist with development of secure, compliant data transfer protocols with IT and within data governance standardsContribute to the development of predictive models and forecasting toolsEngage with cross-functional experts to define hypotheses and refine modeling assumptionsApply academically grounded analytical approaches such as ARIMA, exponential smoothing, and time-series decompositionPartner with IT to align data strategy, infrastructure usage, and data governance complianceCollaborate with Market Access, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to integrate datasets and deliver insightsSupport end-to-end analytical solutions that clarify market dynamics and shape strategic initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related STEM fieldExperience with Python, R, or SASFoundational understanding of forecasting or predictive analyticsFamiliarity with SQLExposure to BI tools such as Power BI or TableauBasic understanding of data integration and ETL conceptsAbility to work on site Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.
