We're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Job Description** As a part-time customer service representative on our Blended Support Team, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our CRM system * Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting it in the appropriate system * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and de-escalating conflicts * Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards * Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Required Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles * Ability to deal with upset customers, de-escalate conflicts, and provide empathetic solutions * Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks * Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs, troubleshoot equipment, and navigate multiple systems * A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in a call center environment, remote work, or basic technical support would be a significant advantage. **Job Requirements** To join our team, you'll need to: * Be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST) * Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within our company's hours of operation * Attend training sessions and meetings regularly * Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise **Tech Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and productivity, you'll need: * A desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks) * A processor with Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation) * 8GB RAM (with 16GB RAM preferred) * A dual monitor setup * A high-quality USB headset * A hardwired internet connection * Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload * Less than 20ms ping stability * No Spectrum internet service **Pay and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate, ranging from $13.00 to $15.00 DOE * Paid time off and 401k with company match, eligible after 1 year of employment * Perfect attendance quarterly bonus * PT sick time, eligible after 6 months of employment * A W4 employer, with no independent contractor status **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, where our employees can grow and thrive.
