With a strong focus on customer experience, we're committed to delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. **Role Purpose** As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. Your primary objective will be to assist, delight, and reward our customers, driving customer retention and acquisition through exceptional customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Provide a first-line response and timely resolution to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. * Proactively identify patterns or trends within the department, allowing us to continually improve our processes and service offerings. * Continually learn and develop knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers. * Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience. * Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. * Perform additional tasks as required to support the growth and success of arenaflex. **Experience Required** * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce. * Experience working in a remote environment, with strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar. * Experience with various customer contact methods, including email, telephone, and live chat. * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. * Bonus points for having your own cat or dog! **What We Offer** * Competitive salary, benchmarked against industry standards. * Comprehensive private medical insurance, including alternative therapies, dental, optical, and mental health care. * 20 days holiday and all UK public and bank holidays (pro rata) PLUS your birthday off. * Free arenaflex subscription for your pet. * Fully remote working environment, with a team spanning across the UK. * A laptop, plus all other home-office equipment and tools needed for the role will be provided. * £1000 personal learning and development budget, per annum. * Opportunities for career growth and progression in a fast-growing start-up. **Shift Pattern** * Monday to Thursday/Friday * 16-20 hours per week from 10 am-2 pm daily **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and have the skills and experience we're looking for, please submit your application today.
