**The Role**
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their home ownership and closing needs. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer calls, emails, and chats with energy, positivity, and knowledge
* Empowering homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their needs
* Maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring excellent service standards
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
