Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Valid Driver's License : A clean driving record with no previous traffic offenses. DOT Physical Exam : The ability to pass the DOT physical exam, demonstrating your ability to lift heavy weights up to 70 pounds. Excellent Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service. High School Education or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. Package Delivery Experience : While not required, previous experience in package delivery can be an advantage.
