**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and our team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and coordinating equipment delivery. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

As an Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

* **Customer Service and Support**: Provide exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and our team through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
* **Order Coordination**: Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals, and create orders or schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor.
* **Communication and Coordination**: Collaborate with patients, healthcare providers, and our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of equipment delivery.
* **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**: Accurately enter and maintain patient information, orders, and other relevant data in our system.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

* **1 year of customer service experience**: Retail and restaurant experience are acceptable, but we're looking for candidates with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Excellent communication skills**: You'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and our team.
* **Attention to detail**: You'll need to be highly detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately enter and maintain patient information, orders, and other relevant data.
* **Time management and organization**: You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* **Flexibility and adaptability**: You'll need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

* **Experience in healthcare**: Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is highly desirable, but not required.
* **Certifications and training**: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field are highly desirable.

**Compensation and Benefits**
