**Job Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from clients, members, and medical facilities to schedule non-emergency medical transportation
* Maintaining a professional, caring, and courteous demeanor with all callers
* Tracking specific passengers and trip progress as requested
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
* 6 consecutive months of previous customer service experience within the last 4 years required
* Ability to learn and work independently
* Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams
* Ability to multitask on a computer
**Preferred Knowledge and Skills**
While not required, prior experience in a high call volume center is a plus.
