Technical Services Veterinarian

Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of customer engagement programs for the farm animal veterinary segment. This position will report to the Director of Technical Services - North America and interface routinely with Sales, R&D, Customer Service, Regulatory, Technical Services, and Corporate Senior Management. Essential Tasks/Activities • Provide professional technical support for farm animal product sales and marketing activities • Respond to technical inquiries and provide product information to veterinary practices • Support Farm Animal Key Account Managers and Territory Managers • Support pharmacovigilance systems to satisfy regulatory requirements • Provide technical training and support for internal and external customers • Develop and maintain close relationships with key opinion leaders within the industry • Participate in strategy meetings with other technical, sales, and marketing staff to assist in the development of marketing plans and to optimize opportunities for product growth • Represent the company at national and local veterinary industry meetings • Represent the company at customer meetings • Provide input on new product development Essential Criteria: Applicants must therefore demonstrate the following essential criteria on their application form to be considered: • Licensed veterinarian • Minimum 3 years’ experience in veterinary practice.
