Job Overview
The Overnight Customer Support Lead is a critical role at arenaflex, responsible for leading our service team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will provide guidance, support, and direction to our associates, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and store performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and provide work direction to the Service Team, including cashiering, front-end, and recovery functions
Provide feedback to store leadership regarding team performance and contribute to the development of strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Ensure the achievement of customer service standards, front-end operations, and program compliance, including training and day-to-day operational tasks
Provide leadership and direction to floor associates, ensuring that store, merchandising, and customer service standards are continuously met
Drive the customer experience, resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
Maintain, supervise, and ensure compliance with the Hazardous Waste program
Collaborate with store leadership to accomplish customer service and front-end operational goals and tasks, driving overall store performance


Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
Minimum two years of retail management experience preferred
Ability to unload freight, move product on and off store shelves, walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
Availability to work a variable schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required
