Manager, Project Management - Corporate Real Estate Executive Support

Corporate Real Estate is hiring a Manager, Strategic Projects (Corporate Real Estate) for executive administrative support and project management for the New Home Office and overall corporate portfolio.

In this role, you'll serve as a dynamic and results-driven Manager leveraging a strong background in real estate project management with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership. If you are a seasoned and proactive AI advocate and user, an exceptional collaborator, and a strategic thinker who excels at driving high-impact initiatives, this might be for you! The right person will have demonstrated experience in developing executive-level materials, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution across complex projects.

What you'll do...

Project Management Support for Strategy PMO:
• Support ongoing projects for the strategy team including compiling presentations, printing and organizing material for executive meetings
• Organize and maintain project documentation and shared team sites
• Manage ongoing administrative deliverables such as team org charts, CRE onboarding materials for new hires and 3P partners
• Support 3P partners with travel arrangements, PO routing and yellow badges.
• Help strategy leader prepare for monthly leadership offsite meetings with content compilation, catering and room booking.
• Partner with Content Management to communicate organizational updates
• speed of execution.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to support data analysis, content creation, research, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI adoption and share best practices that maximize impact.

Executive Administrative Support:
• Provide executive support to SVP, including calendar management.
• Assist with ongoing Talent coordination with Global people such as evaluations, calibrations, distribution lists, and talent reviews.
• Coordinate CRE wide meetings and bi-weekly stand ups
• Coordinate CRE team events throughout the year.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance productivity across projects.
• Integrate AI into daily operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of execution.

What you'll bring...
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Proven experience as a strong collaborator in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience using AI tools in a corporate setting (e.g., ChatGPT / OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Duet AI / Gemini) to enhance productivity, accelerate deliverables, and support strategic initiatives.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.
