Key Responsibilities:

Utilize online chat application to interact with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Work independently with minimal supervision, following instructions precisely and adhering to established protocols
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on pricing, refund policies, and discount codes

Contract Length and Compensation:
