**Position Overview**

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative - Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
* Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
* Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
* Knowledge of careerzynith products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
