**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients by:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
* Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding our clients' expectations
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and concerns
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
