Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating shifts between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. One remote day per week after passing a six month introductory period. In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator will: Responsibilities • Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients • Provide patient/couple counseling • Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections • Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits • Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols • Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families Requirements • Valid RN license • Experience working with electronic medical records a must • High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position Nice-to-haves • IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided • Bilingual Spanish will be a plus • Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Tuition assistance and professional development support • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and paid parental leave • Life and disability benefits • Fertility Discount Program • Employee wellness and recognition programsApply Now
