Your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone * Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic) * Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues * Ability to maintain sensitive information confidential and handle confidential data with discretion * High school diploma or equivalent * Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position * Ability to work remotely in emergency situations **Qualifications:** While a multi-language capability is not required, we welcome candidates who speak multiple languages and are eager to learn.
