**Key Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
* Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to deliver exceptional customer support
* Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including call volume, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and successes
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
* Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional support to our clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
