About the Role We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join our Concentrix Catalyst team. As an OCM Change Specialist, you will work with internal and external partners to develop and utilize standard, industry-proven tools and processes to help equip leaders in leading organizational change and ensure successful change adoption on identified initiatives. You will be responsible for leading change management planning and execution, developing change management plans, and deploying actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans. Key Responsibilities Lead change management planning and execution for initiatives in accordance with the standards and guidelines defined by the PMO/OCM leadership team Develop change management plans in an interactive, incremental manner based on a situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted Deploy a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans Leverage the customized Up Prosci change management methodology and apply as appropriate for the business environment, adjusting as needed to ensure focus is on execution and impact for the people-side change driven by a transformation initiative Co-create a robust and comprehensive communication plan for both internal and external communications, developing and delivering communications through multiple channels Conduct ongoing impact analysis to assess change readiness, identify important partners, and manage anticipated resistance Design and execute the change agent/change champions plan and resistance management plan Coach and provide ongoing support to executive team, stakeholders, and project team in role as change agents Identify required behavior adoption and assess the evolution of adoption and sustainability for the initiative to be successful and achieve expected results Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Change Management or a similar field Demonstrated experience with change management initiatives Change management certification is desirable (Prosci certification preferred) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders What We Offer At Concentrix, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical plans, great compensation package, retirement savings plans, paid learning days, and flexible workplaces.
