Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A minimum qualification of HSC (12th Pass) or a graduate degree. Excellent spoken English skills, with a good grasp of grammar and vocabulary. Basic knowledge of computer operations and navigation. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. While not mandatory, having prior experience in customer support or a related field will be an added advantage. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow are also encouraged to apply.
