Our remote customer support team is a critical part of our operations, and we're looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team. **Job Summary** As an Operations Support Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and internal stakeholders. You'll work closely with our operations team to resolve issues, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. This is a remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform analysis of external data to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs * Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process changes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve communication * Gather and analyze data to inform business decisions and identify trends * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators * Lead and participate in project meetings and presentations to stakeholders * May perform other work duties as assigned by management **Deals Activities Group** As an Operations Support Analyst, you may also be responsible for supporting the Deals Activities Group, which drives all sales enablement initiatives. This group focuses on individuals, processes, and tools, and is responsible for delivering critical technology capabilities, driving cross-functional initiatives, and creating and empowering various sales support initiatives. **Key Responsibilities (Deals Activities Group)** * Support the outreach team with analysis, sales tools, CRM, salesforce, and dashboard reporting * Develop and distribute communications to the Southwest Business Group and clients * Provide customer service to the Southwest Business Group and clients by answering and managing customer and sales requests using CRM tools * Assist in creating or delivering onboarding and training materials for the group * Participate in impromptu sales activities, promotions, and planning * May perform other work duties as assigned by management **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, operations, analytics) * 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. customer support, operations, sales) * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) * Experience with CRM and salesforce tools a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25 * Flexible remote work arrangement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package (e.g. health insurance, retirement plan) * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
