We're seeking an experienced Onsite Project Delivery Lead to join our team and help us power progress across North America. About the Role As an Onsite Project Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading our project teams through the planning, installation, commissioning, and operations phases of project life cycles across various industries, locations, and environments. Your technical expertise in power, temperature control, and compressed air will be crucial in advising on scope changes, quality assurance, and other technical aspects of our projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate engineered project solutions from concept through design, engineering, and execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Implement and document agreed modifications, supporting Project Delivery teams during the planning, installation, and commissioning phases. Compile engineering design reports and electrical/mechanical systems schematic drawings, and support all project design change activities. Specify 'specialist' electrical equipment in conjunction with the Product team, ensuring compliance with relevant quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, influencing them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned tasks. Travel 50-60% of the time to various locations across North America, working in diverse industries and environments. Maintain a customer service focus, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project effectiveness. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5-9 years) in a related field, with a strong background in project management. 5+ years of significant project experience, preferably in the petrochemical or utilities fields. A persistent, positive, critical thinking, and self-reliant personality, with the ability to manage a wide range of project types and complexities. The ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, P&IDs, and process design packages, and recognize major issues ahead of time. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others. A Project Management certification from PMI, APM, or equivalent is a plus, demonstrating your commitment to professional development. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills will be considered advantageous: Background knowledge in project management of one or more product-related fields (HVAC, Electrical and/or Power Generation, etc.). Experience working in/with the petrochemical or utilities fields, or similar industries. Familiarity with Aggreko's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge.
