Role Overview

As a Client Development Specialist, you will support our recruiting and onboarding efforts by screening candidates, conducting virtual interviews,

and helping new team members integrate into our culture. This is a remote / work from home position

focused on communication, alignment, and thoughtful selection.

What You Will Do

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies

Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

Promote special offers, upgrades, or additional services when appropriate

Generate leads and support sales initiatives through customer interactions

Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Meet or exceed sales goals, conversion targets, and customer satisfaction metrics
