**Responsibilities**

As an Online Remote Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through online chat. Your primary duties will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat
* Assisting customers with product information, orders, and account inquiries
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses

* Average Handling Time (AHT): Handle customer inquiries within 5 minutes

**Qualifications**
