The Fraud Solution Consultant partners with clients to understand their fraud-related challenges and deliver tailored recommendations leveraging Experian's capabilities, while also supporting sales efforts and maintaining client relationships.ResponsibilitiesBuild consultative relationships with senior client executives, positioning Experian's market‑leading fraud and identity solutionsLead exploratory conversations to assess challenges, identify opportunities, and shape solution strategiesTranslate client needs into clear solution approaches, including capability recommendations, value propositions, and integration guidanceProvide industry expertise to influence product roadmaps and support ongoing innovationCollaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to drive opportunities forward and ensure solution alignmentSupport new business, expansion, and renewal efforts, contributing to pipeline progression and revenue growthDevelop and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and supporting materialsAchieve or exceed annual revenue and performance targetsParticipate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which includes a bi-weekly salary and monthly variable compensation based on sales attainmentTravel approximately 25% of the time for external and internal meetingsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience7+ years of experience in identity verification and fraud management, including strategy development, strategy implementation, loss analysis, vendor evaluation, and operational oversightExpertise in fraud and authentication strategies, market challenges, and industry best practices, including hands‑on experience with Experian's Fraud and Identity solutions or competitor offeringsExperience with fraud and compliance‑related technologies supporting detection, prevention, AML/KYC, and broader regulatory requirementsComprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including FCRA, GLB, Red Flags Rule, the Patriot Act, and other data‑use and compliance obligationsTranslate complex insights into actionable, integrated solutions, leveraging multiple products, data sources, and analytical approachesExperience navigating complex environments, collaborate across cross‑functional teams, and balance priorities to increase resultsSimplify complex concepts and explain how data, software, and analytics drive outcomesUnderstand client needs, speak their language, advocate for requirements, and influence solution designExpertise in sales consulting, including forecasting, pipeline advancement, and supporting solution deliveryExperience delivering content to senior leadership and presenting at conferences, webinars, or client meetingsProficiency in creating high‑quality client materials, including presentations, proposals, and solution narrativesIdentify growth opportunities, expand client partnerships, and exceed performance expectationsCollaborative, inclusive, and team‑oriented mindset in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accountability and integrityBenefitsGreat compensation package and incentive planCore benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and matching 401KFully remote environmentFlexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysCompany OverviewExperian is a data analytics and consumer credit reporting company.
