As an Experienced Online Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Assist passengers with booking, changing, or canceling flights
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
