Key Responsibilities Create comprehensive course curriculum and exams that meet industry standards and requirements Facilitate student interaction and engagement through online course discussions and forums Provide technical support and guidance to students, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed Document student completion information and maintain accurate records Assist with administrative tasks, such as documentation and data management Keep students informed about industry developments, publications, certification opportunities, and employment prospects Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency National certification through the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI) A minimum of three to five years of experience in medical transcription or a combination of transcription and editing We also welcome candidates with a strong background in education or training, particularly in the medical transcription field.
