Key Responsibilities: Teach online biology courses, including lecture and lab components, in a dynamic and engaging manner Develop and implement effective online lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations Provide individualized support to students, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner Utilize educational technology to enhance student learning and engagement Participate in departmental and college-wide meetings, contributing to the development of curriculum and policy Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices in online teaching Essential Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in biology or a biology-related discipline, or a Master's degree or higher in a medical or health-related discipline (e.g., M.D., D.V.M., D.D.S.)
