**Job Summary**

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll provide world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and offering expert guidance on our insurance policies. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
* Work independently, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
* Maintain regular and timely attendance
* Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
* Ability to manage individual stress and composure
* Other duties as assigned

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* High School Diploma
* 2 years' experience in customer service
* Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
* Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in the insurance industry
* Familiarity with property and casualty insurance policies
* Experience working with customers in a remote environment
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
