**Job Summary**

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers by providing them with knowledgeable, professional, and efficient assistance. You will be the face of arenaflex, assisting our cardmembers in navigating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound customer service inquiries via chat, email, and occasionally phone
* Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and transactions
* Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency
* Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions
* Assist customers with online navigation and troubleshooting
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude

**Requirements**

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
