This is a beginner-level live chat job, and we provide full training to ensure your success. With 90% of queries requiring canned responses, the role is simple to learn, and we're looking for professionals who are eager to learn and grow with our team. Key Responsibilities Interact with website visitors using live chat software, responding to their queries and providing support Use canned responses to answer common questions, with the ability to escalate complex issues to senior support agents Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, professional, and courteous Work independently in a remote environment, using your laptop, phone, or tablet to stay connected with our team Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge Requirements Essential Qualifications Laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Located in the United States, with the ability to work in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or live chat support (not required, but a plus!)
