As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. * Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Key Skills and Qualifications**

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
