Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via live chat. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities
