**Responsibilities**
As an Office Manager/Customer Liaison at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **At least 1 year of customer-facing experience**: Proven ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Swimming pool industry-related experience preferred**: Knowledge of the industry and its best practices will be an asset.
* **Valid driver's license with a clean driving record**: Reliable transportation is essential for this role.
* **Stable home Wi-Fi connection**: A reliable internet connection is necessary for remote work.
* **Good cell phone service**: A stable phone signal is required for communication with customers and colleagues.
* **Positive, diplomatic personality**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
* **Live full-time within 30 miles of Westchester County, NY**: Occasional in-person attendance is required, and a local residence is necessary.
