As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office clerical duties. You will utilize Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software to support our operations. If you are a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** • **Data Entry**: Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • **Report Compilation**: Assemble and reconcile reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. • **Office Clerical Duties**: Perform a variety of office clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other duties as assigned. • **Communication**: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing. • **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and initiatives. **Experience and Qualifications** • **Organizing and Prioritizing Skills**: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. • **Attention to Detail and Accuracy**: Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. • **Data Entry Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. • **Office Clerk Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of office administration and procedures. • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with various departments and stakeholders. • **Recycling Experience**: Experience in recycling is a plus, but not required. **Physical Demands** • **Computer Use**: Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation. • **Physical Activity**: Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time, with occasional lifting or carrying of office supplies. • **Vision and Hearing**: Ability to see and hear clearly, with or without corrective devices. **Benefits and Compensation** • **Competitive Pay**: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. • **Benefits Package**: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. • **Flexible Schedule**: 8-hour shift, with flexibility to work remotely from home. **Schedule and Location** • **Remote Work**: This is a remote opportunity, with the ability to work from home. • **Chicago, IL 60608**: Ability to commute or relocate to Chicago, IL 60608 before starting work. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry, office administration, and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
