**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our U.S. and Canada Engineering teams at careerzynith USA. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the network infrastructure (Call Centers and Data Centers) spanning several countries. Your expertise will be essential in designing, configuring, and deploying network infrastructure, performing hardware refreshes, and implementing remote access VPN solutions.
**Responsibilities**
As a Network Engineer at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) - Campus and Data Center
* Perform hardware refreshes (primarily Cisco routers, switches, firewalls)
* Implement Remote access VPN solutions, Site-to-Site VPN's, GRE tunnels, DMVPN
* Configure firewall access requests
* Complete routing changes
* Rack/cable/label in the Data Center as needed
* Create and maintain diagrams and documentation
* Work ticket requests
* Provide On-Shift outage escalation support from our NOC
* Participate in On-Call Support coverage
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* CCNP and above, or equivalent experience
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
* Advanced Troubleshooting & Configuration Experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), firewalls
* Should be well versed in route redistribution
* Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches
* Familiar with VRF configurations
* SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus
