Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Automate Desktop Developer to work on a full-time basis, developing custom automations using Power Automate Desktop and other RPA platforms. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our software and database teams to design, develop, test, document, install, and support applications. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you must be based in Texas. Key Responsibilities Automation Development: Design and build automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop, including scripting and integrating with other systems. Process Analysis: Analyze and map out business processes to identify automation opportunities and design effective automation solutions. Problem-Solving and Debugging: Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in automated workflows, including handling exceptions and optimizing performance. Scripting and Programming: Leverage knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or C#) to write custom scripts that enhance automation capabilities. Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that automation solutions meet business needs. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing custom Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate Desktop or similar platforms. Experience with the Microsoft O365 platform and Azure. Experience integrating Power Apps with third-party applications using REST API, SOAP, etc. Experience with complex workflows involving multi-UI windows. Experience with database integration for record retrieval and updates. Experience with custom scripting inside of RPA flows. Preferred Qualifications Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience. Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) knowledge. SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience. Microsoft SQL: TSQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views. HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, JSON, XML skills. Windows Services and Console Apps experience. .NET Framework and .NET Core knowledge. C# programming skills.
