**Experienced Member Services Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

As a Member Services Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's driven by a shared purpose: to make a difference in the lives of our customers and our communities. **Why You'll Love This Job** As a Member Services Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, including: * Completing data access and balancing tasks * Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions * Reviewing, examining, and approving remote deposit, mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations * Depositing check returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Ability to pass relevant blithequark and credit union pre-employment compliance exams **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or credit union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail **What You'll Get** As a Member Services Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel perks: Take advantage of our global network and travel to over 365 destinations on more than 6,800 daily flights. * Health benefits: Enjoy access to health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits on day one, plus digital health visits, flexible spending accounts, and more. * Wellness programs: Stay healthy and motivated with our wellness programs, which offer the right tools, resources, and support to help you thrive. * 401(k) program: Available upon hire, with company contributions to your 401(k) program after one year. * Additional benefits: Enjoy employee assistance programs, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. **Join Our Team** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
