**Experienced Medical Intake / Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Administration Support**

As a vital member of our Utilization Review Department, the Medical Intake/Data Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our team by collecting intake information, creating electronic patient files, and ensuring the smooth operation of our certification letter process. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Intake/Data Entry Specialist. As a key first point of contact for arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering utilization review lines, directing calls to the appropriate person, retrieving voicemail, and transferring messages to our nurses. You will also be responsible for collecting demographic information, creating patient files, printing, mailing, faxing, and copying correspondence as needed.
