Experienced Medical Customer Service Representative – Patient Care and Support

As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
As an Office/Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming calls and inquiries from patients and their families with professionalism and empathy
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating with caregivers to ensure timely services for patients
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
* Assisting in the coordination of transportation for patients as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet the needs of our patients and their families
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
* Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus
* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is highly desired
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Empathetic and patient nature
* Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
* Flexibility to work in the office and remotely as needed
* Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
