**Responsibilities**
As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively, adhering to careerzynith's data protection policies
* Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and taking ownership of customer concerns
* Appropriately communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using effective conflict resolution techniques
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, using careerzynith's CRM system
* Providing feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
* 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a mechanical or technical field
* Over 18 years of age, with a valid government-issued ID
* Ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and speed
* High School Graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in English and mathematics
* Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and careerzynith's CRM software
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer concerns and identify solutions
* Ability to navigate careerzynith's CRM system, with a strong understanding of data entry and reporting procedures
* Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
