Job Overview As a Math Instructor / Tutor at Mathnasium of Mason OH, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You'll work with a talented team to deliver high-quality math instruction, using our proprietary curriculum and teaching practices. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, available after school and on weekends. You'll have the option to work in our center, online, or via a hybrid delivery model, giving you the flexibility to choose the environment that works best for you. Key Responsibilities Teach and tutor students in grades 2-12 using the Mathnasium Method ™ , terminology, and teaching practices Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment Qualifications & Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor An eagerness to learn and be trained in our proprietary teaching methodologies Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I The ability to balance various ongoing tasks and prioritize your workload All applicants will be required to: Take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency Provide work authorization Pass a background check What We Offer At Mathnasium of Mason OH, we're committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team members.
