About the Role The Marketing Campaign Specialist - Email and SMS will play a crucial role in supporting United Airlines' marketing email channel, developing and deploying solo and triggered emails, as well as complex journeys. You'll also be responsible for supporting SMS and push campaigns, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
