Experienced Manufacturing Recruiter remote contract
Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter with success in recruiting for production, manufacturing & operations positions. This role is fully remote and may run between 6-8 months, but could get extended.
Our client is a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions, serving industries from automotive to commercial HVAC.
The ideal candidate will:
ā¢ have strong stakeholder management skills
ā¢ be consultative
ā¢ support teams that are CST
ā¢ have recruited for positions in manufacturing such as EHS Leaders, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Materials & Supply Chain, Production Supervisors, Quality Engineers
Responsibilities include:
ā¢ Source and recruit top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industries
ā¢ Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
ā¢ Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
ā¢ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
ā¢ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
ā¢ Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process.
ā¢ Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
ā¢ 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in manufacturing, production, operations, etc.
ā¢ In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends
ā¢ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
ā¢ Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations in manufacturing
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
ā¢ Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation
ā¢ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
ā¢ Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges
