**Job Description**
As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service to our customers while maintaining a strong store partnership with our Loss Prevention department. You'll understand operational procedures and deter acts of dishonesty within established customer service guidelines. Your role will be to:
* Provide an effective deterrent to theft through customer engagement and a professional and knowledgeable presence
* Observe accurate checkout procedures for customers and Associates
* Communicate shrink-related concerns to Store Management and Loss Prevention
* Maintain an effective partnership with Store Management and Loss Prevention to accomplish work assignments and overall goals and objectives
* Coordinate and complete shrink-related activities in partnership with Store Management
* Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
* Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality
* Encourage Associate use of shrink reduction resources
* Promote safety awareness and support maintenance of a safe environment
* Follow through on commitments; accomplish goals with minimum supervision
* Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned
